A cure through anger*

On the basis of the history and the therapy of an identified patient, the authors put forward a hypothesis of the ‘phobic game’, in which they stress the relational mechanisms maintained by the latter. The intervention, centred on a new linguistic definition of the phobic experience, suggests the possibility of a therapeutic way out.
