波前像差仪与主觉验光的临床比较

随着个体化屈光手术的发展，波前像差仪越来越多地出现在临床检查中，其主要应用为术前高阶像差检测，以提供个体化手术的切削方案以及观察术后术眼的高阶像差改变情况。本文是针对波前像差仪能够对低阶像差进行测量的功能，经过对不同度数组患者的波前像差仪的低阶像差检测结果与其主觉验光的结果进行比较，发现两者之间有较好的相关性。

Clinical Comparison between Aberrometer and Subjective Refraction

With the development of the customized refractive surgery,aberrometer is used in clinic more and more frequently. It is mainly implied in the measurement of high--order aberration for customized ablation. For the aberrometer can also measure the low--order aberration, this article has compared the results of low--order aberration of aberrometer and subjective refraction in the different myopia group and found the results of low--order aberration of aberrometer was significantly correlated with subjective refraction.
