传统时空观下“左阳右阴”在中医学的化用

“左阳右阴”理论作为一种思想文化,其形成和发展不可避免地受到经济、政治、科技、思想运动、地理环境等社会与自然多方面因素的影响。鉴于传统时空观对中医学生命观存在指导意义,以时空观为出发点,窥探“左阳右阴”思想形成的自然缘由。这一思想化用于中医领域,演变为中医学认识人体、辨治疾病的重要理论,在脏腑、气血、病证等方面均有体现。关于“左血右气”与“左阳右阴”的矛盾现象,认为原因在于阐述的角度差异,两种理论具体应用时彼此支持,这是中医学立足于整体,论述气血阴阳浑为一体的具体体现。

The Application of "Left Yang and Right Yin" in Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Traditional View of Time and Space

As a culture, the formation and development of "Left Yang and Right Yin" were inevitably affected by various factors, such as economy, politics, technology, ideological movement, geographical environment and other social and natural aspects. Because of the instructional significance from traditional view of time and space to the view of life in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) system, this article stood at the point of traditional view of time and space, trying to find out why and wherefore "Left Yang and Right Yin" could form. This cultural ideology was translated into a major theory about recognizing and exploring human body as well as disease,including viscera, Qi and Blood, pathological feature and other aspects in TCM. The contrary phenomenon between "Left Blood and Right Qi" and "Left Yang and Right Yin" may be attributed to different points of views. Two theories become more similar in practice, which also can integrally show that either Qi and Blood or Yin and Yang is just a part of the whole body in TCM.
