论佛家哲学观对抑郁症自我调节的启示

佛学是一门启迪心灵和觉悟人生智慧的学问,佛教哲学观以缘起论为基础,认为一切事物自性为空,以“诸法无常”解释事物无不变的实体,均处在不断的变化之中。佛教人生哲学观以“无我”观、四谛、因果报应论为主要内容,从独特的角度深入阐释人生的本质、痛苦与烦恼的原因以及摆脱烦恼的方法,强调通过自我修持而非借助于外力。佛教认为抑郁症的烦恼也是因“无明”而无法认识缘起论从而执著于“实我”与“假我”。认识“无我”,体悟“诸行无常”,做到“破我执”,能正视人生遭遇的逆境和挫折,帮助抑郁症患者通往解救心灵的道路。

Buddhism enlightens mind and life wisdom.Based on the origin theory,Buddhism holds that all things are empty in nature.The truth that all phenomena are impermanent explains all thing are changing constantly and there are no immutable entities.The main content of Buddhist philosophy of life are selflessness,four noble truths and the theory of causal retribution which explain and reveal the essence of life and the causes of pain from a unique perspective.Buddhism puts emphasis on getting rid of pain through self-cultivation rather than external help.Buddhism believes that the anguish depression brings is also due to ignorance and unable to understand the origin of the theory,consequently adhere to "real" Atman and false Atman.Realizing selflessness and understanding that all phenomena are impermanent help people face adversities and setbacks and patients with depression might be guided to a road for soul rescuing.
