社会认知职业理论:研究进展及应用

摘    要:社会认知职业理论将心理、社会、经济等影响因素整合起来,动态地揭示人们如何形成职业兴趣,做出职业选择并取得不同的绩效。基于该理论,针对不同的人群已有大量的研究。在此基础上,该理论还对职业咨询提供了多种发展性、干预性的及补救性的策略。

Abstract:As an evolving approach,Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) seeks to offer an unifying framework of how people(1) develop vocational interests,(2) make(and remake) occupational choices,and(3) achieve varying levels of career success and stability.This framework highlights social cognitive variables,such as self-efficacy,which enable people to exercise personal agency in their own career development processes;it is also concerned with the ways in which other people and environmental factors help shape people's career paths.This article overviews the theory's basic elements,predictions,and research status,including a study of diverse populations;it also considered some of SCCT's implications for the design of developmental and counseling interventions.
