| Abstract: | To discuss the issues including ethical framework for evaluating the action taken in hospital management, grim health care situation, hospital's social responsibilities, among which the focus is put on participating the construction of xiaokang (well-off) society, providing the society with fair health care services, rebuilding the fiduciary relationship between physician and patient, and readjusting the relationship with pharmaceutical companies so as to prevent the conflict of interest. |
