| Abstract: | An asymmetrical test of homogeneity of proportions possesses distinct advantages over a symmetrical test. The symmetric chi square test of homogeneity is widely employed in psychological research. An asymmetrical alternative to the chi square test of homogeneity is proposed and described. |
