| 摘 要： | 企业家和高管人员的胜任力是管理心理学重点研究的领域之一。以往研究表明,创业导向和企业家胜任力是中小企业获得持续竞争优势的关键所在,而企业资源则是构成企业竞争优势的来源。为了进一步推动创业导向、企业家胜任力、资源与绩效之间关系的研究,我们对137家中小餐饮企业进行问卷测量。研究结果显示:创业导向通过企业家胜任力对企业绩效产生促进作用;企业资源在创业导向和企业绩效间起到正向调节作用。

| Abstract: | The competency of entrepreneurs and top managers is one of the most important topics in the field of management psychology.Previous research showed that entrepreneurial orientation(EO) and entrepreneur's competency was the key to obtaining sustaining competitive advantage for SMEs.Meanwhile,resource is regarded as the most important source of an enterprise's advantage.In order to explore the relationship between EO,competency,resources and performance,a questionnaire survey of 137 restaurants was carried out.The results showed that EO affected performance positively through the mediating influence of entrepreneurs' competency;resources positively moderated the relationship between EO and performance. |
