NP与DP两种方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效的比较

观察比较长春瑞宾（vinorelbine） ＋ 顺铂 （cisplatin）（ NP）与多西他赛（docetaxe）＋顺铂（DP）在ⅢB期或Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的临床疗效和毒性反应方面的差异。回顾性分析79例晚期NSCLC病例应用NP和DP方案化疗，2个周期后评价疗效。NP组CR3例、PR13例、RR（CR＋PR）38.1%；DP组CR0例、PR13例、RR35.1%。NP组静脉炎较高，DP组骨髓抑制和腹泻发生率高（P〈0.05）。NP和DP方案在治疗晚期NSCLC中，有效率差异无统计学意义P〉0.05。患者耐受性好。

The Comparison between NP and DP Regimen for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

To compare the efficacy, toxicity between NP and DP regimen in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.We retrospectively study the patients with advance NSCLC. Seventy nine cases with NSCLC were enrolled among them, evaluated the efficacy after 2 cycles. The patient in NP ,the overall response rate（RR） was 38.1% ;The patient in DP regimen, the RR was 35.1%, The Phlebitis for NP was higher than DP , The myelosuppression and diarrhea for DP were higher than NP P〈0.05.Therefore,there was no significant difference between two groups in response rate （P〉0.05）.and the toxicity is liable to be well tolerated.
