| 摘 要： | 抗菌药物合理使用是人与微生物伦理关系的要求,是社会资源优化使用的重要内容并普惠与民。抗菌药物合理使用恰是良好医患关系注释。医疗政策、医院管理对抗菌药物合理使用影响不可替代,医生应主动介入且有社会广泛参与的伦理讨论对抗菌药物合理使用意义重大。

| Abstract: | Antimicrobials should be used reasonably as ethical appeal from relationship between human and microorganism. It is parsimonious for reducing unreasonable use of antimicrobials to prevent from antimicrobial resistance. Antimicrobials reasonable use optimized the utility to public health resource and is applicable for every individual including rich one. Better relationship between medical doctor and their patients comes from good use of antimicrobials. Medical policy and hospital management plays idiographic roles on antimicrobials appropriated use. The reasonable use of antimicrobials should be ben- efited from introspection from medical doctors and comprehensive ethical dialogue among public. |
