| Abstract: | The medical treatment right of a patient means the deserving right in constitution and the actual right in practice. In fact, the right of a patient to obtain equitable, necessary, economical medical treatment service is based on the cost-for-service. However, in peculiar case, a patient can also enjoy the medical treatment right without cost-for-service. Further, a patient has the right to refuse medical treatment. |
