| Abstract: | Arbitration serves as an effective method in dealing with medical disputes. Nevertheless, China has not seen any establishment of the arbitration mechanism of medical disputes. Based on the investigatation of the present situation of medical arbitration and its causes,to give suggestions for establishing the arbitration mechanism of medical disputes in China . |
