Abstract: | Summary The results of one year's experience of group therapy for an entire convent (Mother Superior and eight nuns) of Catholic nuns indicate that the benefits derived were extremely important. In the early phase, significant problems had to be met and worked through. It was my impression that in one year's time all of the nuns had grown, were more aware of themselves, were more confident and more accepting of themselves and others. He has been chief clinical psychologist at the Eastern Oregon State Hospital and consulting psychologist at the Oregon State Board of Health. |
