He has also served on the faculties of Yale College, the University of Minnesota Industrial Relations Center, and Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Professor Feldman has published extensively in the area of career development, and is author of Managing Careers in Organizations (Scott Foresman, 1988).;2. Barton A. Weitz (Ph.D. Stanford) is the J. C. Penney Eminent Scholar Chair in Retail Management at the University of Florida Graduate School of Business. He has also been a member of the faculty at UCLA and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Professor Weitz has published extensively in the area of personal selling effectiveness and sales force motivation. He has coauthored a textbook, Selling: Principles and Method (Richard D.
