| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the case about abadly-wounded worker being refused in six hospitals,the paper points out some paradoxical phenomena in the process of implementing the rule of the clinical medical morality.The writer of the paper emphatically expounds the cause for these phenomena and eventually puts forword some concrete ways to solve them. |
