Future of research published in the International Journal of Selection and Assessment: Incoming editor's perspective

The International Journal of Selection and Assessment (IJSA) plays an important role for the scientist‐practitioner communities in the fields of personnel psychology, human resource management, and industrial‐organizational psychology. This article briefly summarizes goals of the journal and a vision for future work to be published in IJSA.
