| 摘 要： | 本文根据心理素质涵义的分析，结合高校知识女性的实际情况，将高校知识女性心理素质结构的测查问卷划分为六个维度：智能素质、个性素质、心理健康素质、社会心理素质、职业心理素质、女性角色心理素质。以1430名高校女教师为被试，对编制的高校知识女性心理素质结构的测查问卷进行了信度、效度分析，确定高校知识女性心理素质结构问卷有较高的信度、效度。

| Abstract: | This study is about a questionnaire of the mental quality of educated women working at institutions of higher learning with six sub-questionnaires. Its reliability and validity were tested by 1430 Subjects selected from 15 colleges. The mental quality of women was found to be multi-dimensional and muhistructural, which could be divided into intelligence , personality, mental health, sociopsychological quality profession and female role. |
