时间管理倾向与主观幸福感、工作倦怠的关系研究

摘    要:以220名处级干部为研究对象,探讨了时间管理倾向与主观幸福感、工作倦怠的关系以及时间效能感在时间监控能力和主观幸福感、工作倦怠之间的中介作用.结果表明,时间管理倾向的时间价值感、时间监控能力和时间效能感三个维度与主观幸福感存在显著的正相关,与工作倦怠存在显著的负相关;主观幸福感与工作倦怠存在显著的负相关;时间效能感对时间监控能力与主观幸福感、工作倦怠之间具有部分中介作用,即时间监控能力既可以通过时间效能感影响主观幸福感和工作倦怠,也可以直接影响主观幸福感和工作倦怠.

The Relationship of Middle-rank Cadres' Time Management Inclination with Subjective Well-being and Job Burnout

Abstract:With 220 middle-rank cadres as the subjects, the relationship of time management inclination with subjective well-being and job burnout, as well as the mediation effect of the sense of time efficacy among the ability of time control, subjective well-being and job burnout was studied. The results showed that the three factors of time management inclination, namely, the sense of time value, the ability of time control and the sense of time efficacy, were positively related to subjective well-being and negatively to job burnout; subjective well-being is negatively related to job burnout; and the sense of time efficacy partially mediated the relation of the ability of time control with subjective well-being and job burnout, which means that the ability of time control affected well-belng and job burnout through the sense of time efficacy and could do it directly.
