| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，我国现有的教育体制将遭到重大冲击，为此，从医学教育方面说，亟待要做的事有：建设具有国际竞争力的教师队伍，校长职业化；转变教育理念；更新教学内容；创新教学手段；清理陈旧校规，加强思想教育工作。

| Abstract: | The current educational system will be greatly pounded after China's joining in the WTO.The things that we should do in the aspects of medical education are,the construction of the ranks of teachers with international competent ability,the professionalism of the college headmasters,changing educational ideas,renewing the teaching contents,innovating teaching methods,cleaning the old college institutions and strengthening ideological education work. |
