The Diversity Factors Making the Diseases Treated Refractorily

There are some disorders treated with difficulties. The factors causing such disorders can be divided into objective or subjective ones. The objective factors refer to the situations and facts which do not rely on the subjective consciousness and decision of medical practitioner, but exist objectively. They include mainly the characteristics of disease, patient and therapy, which inducing refractory disease. The subjective factors refer to the understanding and decision for the diseases from medical staffs, such as the mistakes or short points in the treatment of clinical data, assessment of disease and pharmaceutical evaluation. The key to treat successfully the refractory disease is to maintain the consistency of the subjective and the objective. Firstly, we must find all the objective factors of refractory disease. Secondly, we should enhance our quality, capacity, and knowledge to avoid/reduce the subjective factors causing refractory disease.
