LKB1蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

为了探讨肝激酶B1（LKB1）蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达水平及其与食管鳞癌临床特征及生存期的关系,应用免疫组化方法检测120例食管鳞癌患者组织中LKB1蛋白表达情况并对诸多临床特征进行相关性分析研究,发现LKB1蛋白在食管癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率高于癌组织；LKB1蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、病变长度及浸润深度无关而与分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期（TNM）相关,且LKB1蛋白阴性组预后较阳性组差.可见LKB1视为抑癌基因影响食管鳞癌的预后,可能成为食管鳞癌新型的临床预后指标之一.

Expression of LKB1 in Esophageal Squamous Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

In order to investigate the relationships among LKB1 protein levels in esophagus squamous cancer and its clinical features and the survival time of esophagus squamous carcinoma, 120 patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma were tested for the expression levels of LKB1 protein in esophageal squamous carcinoma by immunohistochemistry and the aggregated analysis combining the clinical factors were made. LKB1 protein was expressed in adjacent normal tissues is higher than the esophaged squamous cancer tissue; there was no corresponding relationship between the expression levels of LKB1 protein and patients＂ age, gender, location, tumor size and depth of invasion; however, there was relationship with differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, the prognosis of patients in the positive group is worse than the negative one. LKB1, as a tumor suppressor gene, have great influence on the prognosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma and could become a new indicator of the clinical prognosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma.
