Unscrambling the First National Organ Transplantation Law in China

The first national human organ transplantation law of China, the “temporary provisions on the management of clinical application of human organ transplantation technique”, will be executed since July 1st,2006. It indicates the termination the long standing situation that no laws to follow in the field of organ transplantation. The legislation will contribute enormously to the development of the organ transplantation project in China. Furthermore the legislation will provide more theoretic instruction and practical relevance for the future related legislation.To analyse the characters of this law and provide some insight of the existed problems.
