MA Yi-fu's Yi studies from the vision of the "Six Classics"

As an early representative of the modern neo-Confucianists, Mr. MA Yi-fu sticks to governing all other schools by the "Six Confucian Classics". This was Mr. MA's creative thinking and embodies his intentional reform and expansion to traditional Confucianism. As a branch of the Six Classics studies, studies of the Yi undoubtedly occupy a position and exert a function of "ontology" in MA's academic research. The "noumenon of mind" embodied by the Yi-ology is not only the origin from which the Six Classics depart, but also the common goal and destination for the Six Classics to reach.
