| 摘 要： | 结合临床医学实践模式的解析，提出医学素养的内涵是由医学知识结构、医学能力结构和医学人格品质所构成的三维结构。通过系统的学习和训练，将外在医学知识体系转化为个体内在的医学知识结构，在临床实践中内化形成医学的能力结构，在知识结构和能力结构的构建中，尤其是在医疗实践过程中，形成临床医生特有的人格品质。
