| Abstract: | In order to serve the increasing mass demand of health-care, the new conception of mass health-care in 21 century should utilize the sophisticated accomplishment of medicine development. Hence, it is an imperative issue to pay enough attention to construct and propagandize "the new conception of mass health-care" during the construction of social public hygiene system. |
