| 摘 要： | 提高溃疡愈合质量(QOUH)是消化性溃疡治疗的重要目标。溃疡愈合质量可以从再生黏膜的内镜下成熟度、组织学成熟度和功能成熟度3个方面进行评价。根除幽门螺杆菌、联用抑酸药物和黏膜保护剂、合理使用非甾体类抗炎药及中医中药等有助于提高溃疡愈合质量。

| Abstract: | Improving the quality of ulcer healing （QOUH） is one of the valid methods on preventing the relapse of peptic ulcers. Endoscope findings of healed ulcers, which reflect histological maturity and functional maturity of regenerated mucosa, have the great clinical significance. H. pylori eradication therapy, PPIs combined with mucosal protectants, reasonable application of NSAIDs and Chinese medicine may contribute to the improvement of QOUH. |
