| 摘 要： | 通过对腮腺多形性腺瘤手术切除范围确定的历史回顾,认为正是由于对腮腺多彤性腺瘤生物学行为研究的不断深入,使得腮腺多形性腺瘤手术切除范围的确定更趋于规范与科学;而生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,促进了对腮腺多形性腺瘤术式的不断改进,以最大程度减少并发症,获得更为满意的疗效.

| Abstract: | A retrospect was made on how to make certain the excision boundary of the pleomorphic adenoma in parotid gland.We ascribed the satisfied curative effect to in-depth research on the biologic behavior of the pleomorphic adenoma.The bio - psycho - soci medical mode has promoted the innovation of the surgical method in order to reduce the complications and acquire more satisfied results. |
