盐酸戊乙奎醚对输尿管痉挛的预防作用

为了评价盐酸戊乙奎醚对输尿管镜手术中输尿管痉挛的预防作用，将60例拟行经尿道输尿管镜手术的患者随机分为两组，试验组和对照组，每组30例。两组患者均接受硬膜外阻滞，试验组于术前给予盐酸戊乙奎醚0.02mg／kg静脉注射，对照组则接受等量的生理盐水注射。记录术中输尿管痉挛的发生情况，外科医生对手术条件的评分以及术后患者的口干情况。结果显示，试验组输尿管痉挛发生率明显低于对照组，外科医生评分则高于对照组，但术后试验组患者的口干较为明显。提示盐酸戊乙奎醚能够预防输尿管镜手术中输尿管痉挛的发生。

The Prophylactic Effet of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride for Ureteral Convulsion

To evaluate the prophylactic effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride for ureteral convulsion during ureteroscope investigation. 60 patients scheduled to undergo ureteroscope investigation were randomly allocated into controlled and experiment group with 30 in each group. Epidural anesthesia using same local anesthetics was administered in all patients. Patients in experiment group received a bolus of 0.02mg/kg penehyclidine hydrochloride intevenously before investigation; whereas in the controlled group, only same volume of solution was administered. The incidences of ureteral convulsion, subjective VAS score given by surgeon were recorded. The incidences of ureteral convulsion were significantly higher in the controlled group. And the assessment of VAS score given by surgeon was higher in the experiment group. Penehyclidine hydrochloride can prevent ureteral convulsion during ureteroscope investigation.
