A multiple-choice audio-visual discrimination apparatus with quick interchange display and response panels

An apparatus is described for presenting to children automated audiovisual displays requiring multiplc response choices. Any visual display, up to 18 × 12 inch, that can be photographed, can be used. It features quickly interchangeable response panels so that the same basic system can be used on concurrent studies in the same laboratory. Techniques for synchronizing sound and visual stimuli, and for preparing slides are discussed.
