Healing the organization: Reconstruction in times of crisis

When nonprofit and church organizations are going through a financial crisis and downsizing, they often do not deal with the grief, anxiety, and anger of the surviving staff, nor do they take advantage of the opportunity to rethink the organization's function and purpose. This article describes a process for reconstructing a healthier organization.
