摘    要:本研究以Andre Billrtte和Renand Bouchardr的五因素理论为基础,结合我国国有大中型企业的实际情况,提出国有大中型企业员工心理应激源的六维结构。以此为切人点.编制国有大中型企业员工心理应激问卷,施测于392名员工,通过因素分析,得出国有大中型企业员工心理应激源的六维结构:生产压力、同事关系、与直接主管的关系、纪律控制、工作单调和职业发展。再进行信度和效度的检验,形成国有大中型企业员工心理应激目标问卷。

Abstract:Based on Andre Billrtte and Renand Bouchardr's five-factor theory, we developel a six-dimension stressor structure in which the real conditions of large or medium-sized state-owned enterprises in China are considered. Then we composed a stress questionaire to obtain through factors analysis the six dimension of stressors: production pressure, relationships among co-workers, relationships with supervisors, disciplinary control, work monotony and career development. Finally, reliability and validity were tested, and a target questionaire of employees in state-owned enterprises was suggested.
