重构我国医德规范体系论要

由于我国现有医德规范体系构成混乱、规定抽象、功能低下,已严重不适应医学发展尤其是医德建设的现实需要,因此,亟需对现有医德规范体系加以解构,并在解决人道理念与功利理念相统一、传统规范体系现代化与外来规范体系本土化相统一、先进性要求与普遍性要求相统一、宣传教育功能与实际调节功能相统一等关键问题中,按照"一个原则、六个准则、十二个范畴"的总体框架进行科学、合理的重构.

Restructuring Medicial Ethics System of Socialism

because of its confusion, abstraction, and invalidness, current medicial ethics system don't adapt development of medicial ethics in China. So the current medicial ethics system must be destructured, and restructured reasonably according to the frame of "one principle, six norms, and tewlve concept", by answering several crucial problems: unifing idea of hunmanitism and utilitarianism, unifing modernizing traditional medicial ethics system and nationalizing ailen medicial ethics system, unifing the demand of advance and general, unifing the function of instruction and regulation.
