| 摘 要： | 临床上约有1%~2%的孕妇在孕期接受非产科手术麻醉;因孕期生理改变和手术麻醉对孕妇、胎儿的影响,加之妊娠合并心脏病、糖尿病等特殊病例以及现代腔镜手术、无痛人流特殊技术等复杂因素,为确保孕妇与胎儿安全,术前充分的评估、恰当的麻醉方法、药物选择与术中调控是我们必须重视与思考的课题。

| Abstract: | There are about 1%- 2% of pregnant women should receive non- obstetrical operation anaesthesia during their pregnant stage, the influence of anaesthesia to the pregnant women and foetus, cardiac diseases and diabetes inpregnancy, and the needs of special technique like endoscope operation and painless induced abortion, in order to ensure the sfety of the pregnant women ande the foetus, ample presurgical evaluation, proper choice fo anaesthesia methods and drugs and controling of drugs during operation should be paid attention to. |
