| 摘 要： | 本研究在已有研究的基础上 ,对浙江省杭州市职业女性进行了一次工作 -家庭冲突的调查研究。总结了现阶段职业女性工作 -家庭冲突的现状 ,探讨了角色压力源与工作 -家庭冲突的关系 ,分析了影响职业女性工作 -家庭冲突程度的因素。

| Abstract: | Based on some current studies on the"work-family conflict",role conflict faced by professional women in Hangzhou was investigatesed in this research.The status quo of the professional women's work-family conflict was outlined,relationship of the women's work-family conflict and the stressors was discussed,and factors influencing the extent of work-family conflict for the professional women were analyzed. |
