《易传》在非赢利组织管理中的伦理价值解析

摘    要:如何有效地对非赢利组织进行管理在中国是一个全新而又颇具挑战性的问题。《易传》在这方面具有得天独厚的优势。其一,非赢利组织运作的特点之一就在于向职员提供相对较低待遇的同时,要他们为社会、他人奉献更多爱心,这正是《易传》“立人之道,曰仁与义”的落脚点。其二,非赢利组织要不断拓展组织规模,发展壮大,必须不断获得社会各方的充分信任,这就与《易传》“进德修业,忠信所以进德”的思想有了会通之处。其三,非赢利组织发展要做到事事全吉,离不开职员礼敬意识的陶铸———与人交往,言之有礼;尊重他人,礼敬为尚;文明从业,热忱服务。这就与《易传》“嘉会,足以合礼”有了契合。

Abstract:How to effectively administrate non-profit organizations is a new and quite challenging problem to China.Yi Zhuan is uniquely referential to the resolution of this problem.Firstly,one of the characteristics in the running of non-profit organizations is to offer comparative low stipend to its members and at the same time persuade them to dedicate more love to others and society.This is the very standpoint stated in Yi Zhuan as that "the Dao(Way) of man is established to expand benevolence and righteousness".Secondly,to constantly expand the scale,the non-profit organizations have to obtain adequate confidence from the social strata.The idea of "enhancing virtue and being trustworthy to expand one's enterprise"explicated in Yi Zhuan may meet this demand.Thirdly,to make everything run fluently,the non-profit organizations have to train the staff members' consciousness of propriety.The idea of "being courtesy in assemblies" preached in Yi Zhuan is in alignment with this demand.
