| 摘 要： | 社会医疗保险中药品支出比例过高的现象成为目前焦点性问题,如何通过减少药品支出比例在社会医疗保险基金支出中的比例从而有效控制保险基金的合理支出,提高参保人员的医疗保障水平。提出了通过成立社会医疗保险物流式定点药店的解决途径,并就其对社会医疗保险的正面与负面影响进行了可行性分析讨论。

| Abstract: | The far high proportions of drug expenditure in the social medical insurance have been the focus problem,how to control the insurance fund payout to improve the guarantee level by cutting down the expenditure of pharmacy proportions in the insurance fund payout.To put forward the ways of logistic drugstore of social medical insurance to solve the problem,and the feasibility is discussed by analysis its positive and negative influence. |
