| 摘 要： | 目前的随访工作不尽如人意,失访率、拒访率高。其影响因素是多方面的。建立有效的临床随访模式是提高随访质量,减少失访率的关键。通过对我科1993年以来1千多例喉癌随访调查的经验总结,提出临床随访模式的构架。

| Abstract: | There are major problems in current clinical follow-up. The loss of follow-up and non-response is much higher than expected. Various factors have influence on the result of follow-up. It is important to set up an effective model for promoting the level of the quality of follow-up. Here we provide new model of follow-up, referring to our experience in following-up more than one thousand cancers of laryngeal since 1993. |
