A Tentative Study on the Monetary Policy and Theory in Guan Zi

This article briefly introduces and discusses the theory and policy of money, commodity and price in Guan Zi with era background. Based on the right understanding of the functions and laws of currency, the monetary policy and theory in Guan Zi uses the means of price to direct the allocation of resource, encourage the production of real goods and promote the control of the government, aiming to maximize the benefit of the country.
