| Affiliation: | Richard Stephen Uhrbrock is head of the research department in the Industrial Relations Division of The Procter and Gamble Company. Be received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1928 and has been associated with the University of Wyoming, Cornell University, the University of Pittsburg and the University of Cincinnati. During World War I he was in the Psychological Examining Corps, U.S.A., and during World War II was consultant with the War Manpower Commission and War Production Board. He is the author of numerous publications in the field of industrial phychology. |
