| Abstract: | The Community Readiness Model (CRM) is a change model that measures the readiness of communities/institutions to meet the needs of diverse clientele and to guide strategy development. This article presents model implementation with one long‐term care facility interested in enhancing their ability to serve gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender older adults. |
