The Phenomenons, Reasons and Managements of Drug Therapy Contradiction

Contradictions of drug therapy could exist in every aspect of the therapy courses. Such as in drug selection or combination, dosage, route of administration and the dosing regimens. The reasons causing the contradictions were the characters of illness （such as pathogenesis, predisposition, clinical manifestation, complication, concomitances and so on）, the condition of patients （such as physiological feature, special constitution, social and cultural factors, compliance and so on）, the characteristics of drugs （such as contraindication, indication, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, adverse drug reaction, drugs interaction and so on） as well as others （such as operation, hemodialysis and so on）.
