Establishment of Integrative Medicine-based Triune Lung Cancer Prevention and Treatment System

To investigate the strategy of integrative medicine （IM）- based lung cancer prevention and treatment system and to evaluate the therapeutic efficiency. IM--based lung cancer prevention and treatment system was established in Dagang hospital in Tianjin Binhai new area based on three aspects： general practitioners take charge of routine treatment; specialists are in charge of consultation; health administrators account for patient tracking. The diagnosis and therapeutics involve three levels： cancer diagnosis and treatment, host management, risk factor control, which are integrated to be carried out simultaneously or serially, eventually establishing ＂IM-based triune lung cancer prevention and treatment system＂. As a concrete strategy for IM, this novel prevention and treatment modality demonstrates a complete design and system. This prevention and treatment system should be promoted and generalized due to its reasonable design and easiness in application.
