企业三类人员对人际关系及知识分子重要性的估计

摘    要:本文探讨了企业不同层次的领导人与技术人员对有关企业领导人与知识分子的人际关系、知识分子的重要性及其发挥作用的程度等问题的评价差异。研究表明,他们在下述二方面的主观评价上存在着显著的差异:(1)企业领导人与知识分子之间的人际关系;(2)知识分子的重要性。文章也谈了作者关于这类主观评价差异研究的一些思考。

Abstract:The differences in estimation of interpersonal relations, the importance of intellectuals, and the level of role playing in intellectuals between techni-cians and the leaders of their enterprises were studied in this paper. The results showed that there were significant differences in two areas: (1) the estimation of interpersonal relations; and (2) the estimation of the importance of intellectuals Some suggestions are given for further research.
