教师的教学自主权与工作满意度的关系:教学自主性的中介作用

摘    要:以北京、河北、宁夏、广东等地24所中小学923名中小学教师为被试,采取教学自主权量表、教学自主性量表、教师工作满意度量表,探讨了教师的教学自主权、教学自主性与工作满意度之间的关系。研究结果发现:(1)教学自主权与教学自主性均可显著预测教师工作满意度;(2)教学自主性在教学自主权与教师工作满意度之间起着完全中介作用,即教学自主权通过教师的教学自主性,对教师工作满意度有正向预测作用。

Abstract:923 primary and middle school teachers were investigated in this study to complete extrinsic autonomy of teaching scale, the intrinsic autonomy of teaching scale and teacher's job satisfaction scale. The results indicated that:(1) there were significant correlations among extrinsic autonomy, intrinsic autonomy of teaching, and job satisfaction; and (2) intrinsic autonomy of teaching played completely mediating role between extrinsic autonomy of teaching and teacher's job satisfaction.
