当代硕士研究生职业价值观研究

本文利用问卷调查的方法 ,探讨了当代硕士研究生职业价值观的结构及特征。结果发现 :(1 )当代硕士研究生职业价值观可以概括为保健、人际交往、声望地位和自我实现四个因素。 (2 )在职业价值观的各因素中 ,当代的硕士研究生最看重自我实现因素 ,最看淡声望地位因素。 (3 )文、理科研究生对职业价值观各因素的重要性的评价无显著差异。 (4)男性研究生比女性研究生更看重声望地位与自我实现两个因素

A Research on the Vocational Value of Chinese Postgraduate

This research tried to reveal the structure and characteristics of vocational values of postgraduates in China through survey with a questionnaire.The results showed: (1) The structure of the vocational values was consisted of four factors: hygiene,interaction,prestige-status and self-realization; (2) The factor of self-realization was credited by Chinese postgraduates with the highest value and the factor of prestige-status the lowest; (3) No difference was found between MA and MSc in the four factors of vocational values; (4) Male postgraduates paid greater attention to prestige-status factor and self-realization factor than female postgraduates.
