| 摘 要： | 研究神经迁移因子(Slit2)、血管生成因子(VEGF、VEGF-C)在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。检测60例大肠癌组织和36例癌旁组织中Slit2、VEGF和VEGF-C的表达水平。结果三者在大肠癌和癌旁组织中的表达水平均与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关;VEGF和VEGF-C表达水平还与远处转移相关。结果提示Slit2是调节大肠癌血管生成的重要因子。

| Abstract: | To investigate the expression of Slit2, VEGF and VEGF--C in colorectal adenocarcinoma, and detect the roles of these factors in the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Immunohistochemical staining of Slit2 VEGF and VEGF--C was performed with 60 cases of cancerous tissues and 36 cases of para--cancer tissues. The expression rates of Slit2 were significantly associated with tumor size,TNM stage, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis. VEGF,VEGF--C was also associated with distant metastasis. Slit2 is an important factor in angiogenesis. |
