| 摘 要： | 研制茎突切除钳,需要解决器械剪切力克服有关部件相互作用产生摩擦阻力的关键问题。依据新器械与弯头喉钳具有相似结构特征,采用类比方法推测新器械如同喉钳可克服摩擦阻力形成切除效应。类比结论的可靠程度取决于新、旧两器械之间存在共同的功能属性,新器械的制作和应用表明“思维的真实”与“现实的真实”同一。

| Abstract: | The friction caused by interaction between the components was an important problem to be solved in the study of styloidectome. Since there exists similarly construction between styloidectome and curvely laryngeal forceps, analogical method was used to infer new instrument will overcome the same friction as the forceps do in removing laryngeal polyp. The trustworthy degree to analogical conclusion depends on whether there will be the agreement of the two instrument in function. The manufacture and clinical application of styloidectome shows the sameness between the thinking and practical true. |
