| Abstract: | Cdt1 and geminin are important for controlling cell cycle.Cdt1 is relative with the happening of some diseases,geminin is an inhibitor of cdt1,and restrains cdt1 activity.Cdt1-geminin balance is critical for DNA replication and genetic stability and controlling of cell cycle,and is related to the development of infectious disease and tumor. |
