城中村人群健康:城市化进程中不可忽视的问题

城中村现象是中国城市化进程中出现的新的普遍性现象,它既区别于现代城市,又不同于传统的村落,引发了不同于其他社区人群的健康问题.论述了城中村的特殊性质,分析了当前城中村人群健康问题,并据此提出开展健康教育,保障人群健康建议.

A Comparision of Contrast Ultrasound with FVIII-Rag and CD105 Immunohistochemistry in Determining Microvessel Density(MVD) in Breast Tumors

To explore the applicability of real ultras ultrasound in distinguishing benign breast tumors from malignant breast tumors. The microvessel density (MVD) of 36 breast tumors was determined by contrast ultrasound examination before surgery. After that, we detected the microvessel density (MVD) tagged by FVIII-Rag and CD105 in the above 36 breast tumors by immunohistochemistry after operation. We compared the levels of MVD detected by immunohistochemistry with those detected by ultrasound in order to determine the effectiveness of ultrasound as a predictive method.The levels of MVD detected by immunohistochemistry showed statistically significant similarity to those detected by time-strength after real-contrast ultrasound in malignant breast tumors.Real ultras ultrasound can detect angiogenetic activity of breast tumors. It is an effective and noninvasive method to differentiate benign breast tumors from malignant breast tumors before operation.
