| 摘 要： | 软组织的生物力学在骨科临床上的应用赋予骨科医生全新的理论思维,不仅纠正了传统治疗方法中的某些不足,更使新的治疗方法具有理论上的科学根据,从而提高临床疗效。临床骨科学是以人体运动系统(除骨骼外,尚包括肌肉、肌腱、韧带等软组织)为解剖学基础的,了解相关的软组织生物力学知识和基本概念,对于骨科医生在临床实践过程中的医疗行为是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | The application of soft tissue biomechanics in orthopedic clinical practice provided a completely new way of thinking for orthopedic surgeons.It overcomes some shortages in traditional treatment methods,and provides the scientific theoretic basis for new treatment methods as well.The human body motion system is the anatomical base of the clinical orthopedics,which includes not only skeleton,but also muscle,tendon and ligament.It is very important for orthopedic surgeons to understand the related knowledge and the basic concept of soft tissue biomechanics in their clinical practice. |
